Education direction of AMAS

Asia Missionary Association Seminary (hereinafter called “AMAS”) was established in order to teach students theological studies applicable directly to the on-site mission fields and pastoral works for Asian evangelization
i.Theological Background AMAS is teaching students based on evangelism. But as our school was established to produce pastors and missionaries who would be able to preach gospel on the first front of the spiritual war rather than to turn out theological scholars, AMAS is seeking to co-opertate with others for the purpose of only preaching gospel, if not heretical, fully understanding and helping one another and refraining from biased theological dispute. ii.AMAS is teaching everything that can possibly happen during ministry & mission works. After their graduation from AMAS, so as not to suffer any possible difficulties in ministry & mission works, AMAS is educating and training students all imaginable things that may possibly be happening in the very mission on-sites. Properly mixing theory with practice, AMAS is teaching and training students so that they may put the acquired theory to action to obtain confidence in ministry or missionary works. iii.AMAS is producing spiritually healthy leaders through balanced education between God’s words and The Holy Spirit’s work. AMAS is strongly recommending that God’s words should be preached through God’s gift & power revealing on working sites. |
